Golden Waxcaps are beautiful mushrooms. This original watercolor painting was made as part of a series I created inspired by mycology, the scientific study of fungi. Both whimsical and realistic, mushrooms have always been a favorite subject of mine. This lovely little watercolor will brighten any room. Just frame and enjoy.
