This No Sleep art will catch your eye and freeze your heart. Most scary stories start with "On a dark and stormy night" but they usually mean rain, not snow. In my opinion, a snow storm, a blizzard, is much more terrifying than a little thunder and lightning. I made this original watercolor and ink illustration for The No Sleep Podcast Season 8 Episode 9. The terrifying tale is about a winter witch and being stranded in the snow. The dilapidated cottage shown plays a key role in the story, but I don't want to give away too much.
